Welcome to my virtual presentation of the city of Shanghai! On the following pages I will try to share my passion for this city with you.

Shanghai is the most international and cosmopolitan city in China. This city on the east coast, known as the "Pearl Of the East", captivates visitors from all countries. If you like new, hectic and fast developing cities, you should not miss it. Shanghai is the financial and economic heart of mainland China.

Shanghai is a city that never stops changing. New avenues, new malls, new financial buildings, and above all, new skyscrapers are always under construction. Things are accelerating in order to get the city ready for the 2010 World Expo.
