Bohol is an island located southeast from Cebu, in the Central Visayas Region. The island is one of the most complete tourist destinations in the Philippines.

In Bohol you can find nice beach towns (Alona Beach is the most famous), a unique countryside (do not miss Chocolate Hills), a wonderful river (Loboc), many heritage sites (some of the oldest churches in the county), great scuba diving sites (in Balicasag Island), and endemic animals (among them, the tarsier monkey.)
