2/24.- Siena, Via Montanini

In order to get to Siena, you can take a train from Florence. The ride takes about one hour. From Siena's Station you can take a local bus to the old part, located on the top of a hill. Alternatively you can take a bus to Siena from Florence.

You can also get to Siena by car from Florence, but the center of Siena is car free, thus you will have to park your car outside the medieval town.

If you want to fly to Siena, the closest airport is Pisa's, from where you can get to Siena by road or train.

The visit to the town is made on foot.
