Getting back to the Presidente Vargas Avenue, you can walk to the Republica Square. On the streets surrounding this square you will find many bars, restaurants, shops, and internet cafes. In the middle of the square you find the Opera Theater, where world famous artists have performed. If you take Avenue Nazaret, on the left hand side, you can walk to the Basilica of Nazareth.
