After the visit to Terreiro de Jesus, you can walk along a street that leads to the impressive Church of São Francisco (next picture).
Igreja de São Francisco can be visited (after paying a small fee). In the avenue of São Francisco you will find more souvenir shops, and some nice colonial houses.
