Not far from the Cuisine School, there is theater where you can see a demonstration of local folklore. If the gastronomy school is recommended, the dance and music show is absolutely indispensable.
In a relatively small hall (100 people), a performance of local dances takes place. A good demonstration of the energy and power of the people of Bahia. Dancers are among the best folklore performers in the world. The show starts with a music band of 3 or 4 people with drums, and a couple of female singers. Some dancers accompany the music with a dance inspired by Candomble. Afterwards there is a fire dance. At the end of the show there is an explosion of energy with Capoeira dances. Spectacular!
