Walking from the Lighthouse in the direction to the center of the city, you will find two small beaches. They are somewhat cleaner than Barra beach, but they are a place for locals. I did not see many tourists there. You won't find any bar or restaurant here, but you can buy a coconut or a snack from one of the stands on the sidewalk. The coconut milk is very refreshing, the vendor will cut a green coconut and put a straw in it. There you are, you have a fresh coconut juice.
