Walking North from Santa Lucia, Calzada de Santa Lucia along, you will get to a crafts market, where you can buy all sorts of souvenirs (hammocks, clothes, toys and jewels among others). North of the crafts market there is a popular food market, with restaurants that serve traditional Guatemala's menus (at fixed prices).
At Calzada de Santa Lucia with 1st street West, you find the ruins of the Convent of San Jeronimo, with its gardens open to the public.
