South of Negril river rises a rocky plateau. This area is known as West End. You will not find beaches here, but you will find some nice rocks by the cliff where you can lay. Its waters are amazingly blue. There are several coves, and the coast is good for swimming and snorkeling.
Several small hotels and cottages were built in the most beautiful sites. In the area there are also some restaurants and bars. The mood is less commercial than in Negril's long bay.
