Today well wake up early, cross the river and head to Phedi at 4420 meters (14,500 ft). In Phedi there are many accommodation options, but in the peak of the season more than 200 trekkers can meet here. Although the number of beds is being expanded, in some days finding a place to sleep is not easy.
Some trekkers begin to feel the altitude syndrome here, if you are not feeling well the first thing you have to do is to go downhill. Going back to Ledar (only 200 meter below) must be your first option, if you dont feel well there either, then keep going back.
Well spend our tenth day in Phedi. Tomorrow well wake up at first hour in the morning (or should I say in the night) and if the weather is good well try to get to La Pass (our summit, at 5416m, 17,800 ft) ...
