The entrance ticket to the complex of the Taj Mahal is far more expensive for foreigners than for locals. The government is aware that nobody visiting Agra wants to miss this wonderful work of a crazy romantic. But do not think that the high price of the entrance will safe you the lines, at peak hours they are massive.
