Dreamland used to be, and still is, a nice beach; the area is not anymore. It has been spoiled by the construction of a massive tourist project, Pecatu Graha Indah, a new Kuta.
The access to the beach is from the road to Jimbaran. A huge sculpture welcomes visitors to the new tourist town, which roads have been already built, but not much else. A big hotel complex sits in front of Dreamland Beach, a sign of things to come.
