This is a Harlequin Snake Eel (Myrichthys colubrinus), which looks very similar to the Banded Sea Snake (Laticauda colubrina). Both of them can be found in Kadidiri.
These two species should not be mistaken. The first one is a fish. The latter one is a snake, therefore it must breath air.
The venom of the Banded Sea Snake is one of the most lethal neurotoxics in nature. These sea snakes very rarely bite humans, but you have to know that its poison is 10 times more lethal than the one from the Rattlesnake.
