The World Trade Center or Cosmo Tower, with its 255 meters, is one of the tallest skyscrapers in Japan. The tower has an observatory deck open to visitors. From its top floor there is a nice view of the city of Osaka, its port and Mount Rokko.
You can get to the WTC by subway (Trade Center-mae Station).
