Menu

As you can see in this picture old and new mix in this city's quarter. While the streets preserve its cobble stones, some of the old bars have become cyber cafes --like the one on the left.

I hope I am not boring you with the explanations about the Bordeaux wines. Now I will talk about the grape varieties used to make the Bordeaux wines. To make the red wines, five red grape varieties are used: 'Merlot', 'Cabernet Sauvignon' and 'Cabernet Franc' are the most popular; two more varieties are exceptionally used, 'Petit Verdot' and 'Malbec'. To make the white wines, three varieties of white grapes are used: 'Sémillon', 'Sauvignon Blanc' and 'Muscadelle'.
