Masarykova Street is one of Brnos main avenues. It is in the town center, and it is always full of people --especially on weekends. The wonderful houses in this street make of it, a perfect strolling zone.
In 1054 the Castle of Brno became the seat of Prince Konrad II, and in 1243 king Wenceslas I gave to Brno the right to build the city walls, to run an annual market and to manage law.
