A beach bar by the pebble beach. There are any number of bars and restaurants to choose from in Collioure and they are not especially expensive (for France). If you want to save money you can always buy a takeaway pizza or roast chicken but get there early or you’ll have a long wait for a pizza or there won’t be any chickens left.
