Most of the things to visit in Cesky Krumlov are in the old town center, which is small enough to be visited on foot. A visit to the historic center shouldn’t last more than a day. In the surroundings there are also some things to visit, like the Theater in Horni Brana, a community hall in the 19th century, a cinema at the beginning of the 20th century and currently a renovated theater. Two km South east there’s the Krizovz Hora (Hill of the Cross), where you’ll find a chapel with great views of the town and of the neighboring mountain hills. Southward there’s the old Jewish synagogue built in 1913.
