Walking west along the La Concha promenade, we get to the Ondarreta Beach. Ondarreta, which means little beach in Basque, is a more laid back beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent. Close to Ondarreta is the Palacio Miramar, an English style palace from the end of the 19th century worth visiting.
West of Ondarreta is the Monte Igueldo, in the picture, where the famous sculptures by Chillida sits.
