This is another of the 1992 Seville Expo Pavilions. The Expo was a big success, but after 1992 many of the pavilions were cleared out. The ones that remained became administrative and official buildings. Among them, the World Trade Center Building, the Andalusian Regional Government (in the picture) and the Technical University.
