In the Serrallo district takes place every year a "Romesco" contest. The "Romesco" is a spicy sauce for fish courses. The "Romesco" masters only give their secret recipes to their sons (sometimes in "articulo mortis"). Some other samples of the rich Tarraconense cuisine are the "Xarro Tarragoni", "Larrosegat" and the "Gorguillo". The local cuisine is considered the richest in the country, and is one of the main reasons to visit the city. Its a pity this is a virtual picture, isnt it?
Lets see what the fishermen are doing ...
