If you have some time left, you can also spend some time walking along the medina's ramparts. There are several miles of walls. To get to the ramparts, ask for one of the medina's gates.
Another of the city's annoyances are the kids that ask for money. Some of them are very insisting. They all explain a similar story: no mother, no house, no money to eat. It is up to you, but I consider that giving money to these "poor" kids, is not good for them. I guess it would be much better for those kids to be at school learning something, than in the streets asking for money to tourists. If a kid keeps asking for money, I recommend being more stubborn than he.
