In the picture you can see the picture of a nice local doing a Henna tattoo to a friend of mine. As you may well know, Henna tattoos are not real tattoos. The skin is not pierced. Henna is only a collection of strong spices mixed with ink that when it dries, it penetrates the skin. Henna tattoos are supposed to last several days, even weeks. You will find plenty of Henna artists in the streets of Marrakech. Note that some henna artists use a form of chemical additive for quick results which may burn your skin. Wash the henna off if you feel any pain.
In order to get in and out of Marrakech you have plenty of options, because this city is the transport hub of South Morocco. To get to Casablanca or Rabat, you have the train and the buses. You have air conditioned and non air conditioned buses. Most of the times they run on time. To get to Fez, Essaouira, Agadir or Ourzazate you only have the buses. It is also possible to rent a car in Marrakech. Roads are in excellent conditions.
Marrakech has an airport, but most international flights arrive in Casablanca. Some charters do get directly to Marrakech from Europe. To get to the center of town you will have to take a taxi. It won't be easy to get a fair price for the taxi ride.
