Other two nice beaches in the area are Chatham Beach and Tropical Beach. Chatham Beach is a small public beach in front of Sandals Inn. Tropical Beach is north of Montego's airport. More than half of this beach belongs to Sandals Montego Bay. You may have difficulties accessing this part of the beach, but the rest of the beach is free.
The area of Montego is excellent for sport fishing and for sailing. You will find more information about these activities in hotels and resorts close to the waterfront. You can also charter a private yacht.
