Downtown Mobay is quite small, and can be visited in a few hours. If you do not look like a typical tourist, no one will harass you here. Just act normal. I think it is a pity to visit Jamaica, and only visit its beaches. If you are an adventurous traveler, you may visit this part of the town. You will have the chance to meet many "real" Jamaicans!
