The first Tuesday after Independence Day, August the 6th, takes place in Montego Bay the Reggae Sumfest Festival. World famous reggae artists perform during this 5 days party. The main venue of the festival is the Bob Marley Entertainment Center (downtown Mobay), but there are also beach and street performances.
