In order to get to Merida you can fly to its International Airport (MID), with direct flights from Mexico DF, USA and Europe. Alternatively you can fly to Cancun, and take a bus or rent a car and drive to Merida.
You can also reach Merida by bus or by car from Palenque, San Cristobal de las Casas, Cancun, Playa del Carmen and/or Mexico DF.
