You can get to Montebello on an organized tour from San Cristobal, or by a collective bus (ask your hotel).
The different shades of blues and greens have given name to these lakes. Montebello means Beautiful Hill in Spanish.
In the lakes you can go for a swim, rent a kayak or sun bathe.
