What a nice husband Mr. Ringling must have been. Mable, his wife, had fallen in love with Italy and so the kind and generous Mr. Ringling had this "small" villa built for her. Just before Christmas of 1936 they moved into this magnificent mansion with its 32 rooms and 15 baths. Overlooking the Sarasota Bay, the Ca d’Zan, or house of John, is well worth a visit.
