The former October Street, renamed now to Aiteke-bi Street, one of the coziest ways of Almaty leads to the “Park of 28 Guardsmen from the Panfilov Division” (see the green massive in the center). On the left: the red brick building of the Cinema House, then the Pakistan Embassy. On the right: the ancient white building hidden by trees is the Artists House, where two professional unions located – Artists’ Union and Designers’ Union.
