Although the town of Khajuraho is quieter and less busy than the other cities in India, tourists' harassment is a major problem here. As soon as you leave your hotel, local boys will come, and try to start a conversation with you, most of them speak several languages. They do not ask for money, they get commissions from the shops and restaurants they take you to.
