This "Palazzo" was built at the beginning of the 17th century by Domenico Fontana (it has suffered many reforms since then) commissioned by the Bourbon King Charles III to imitate Versailles. Since 1734 was the Spanish Bourbons residence. In the 19th century the eight sculptures of the most important Naples monarchs were added. In the Museum youll find some furniture, porcelain and pictures.
