The mustachioed character on the right holds a souvenir shop at the Place Saint Thomas -- not just Camaret souvenirs (although he is the author and copyright owner of the Camaret Watch), but objects from all over the world, as if he had just come home with a shipload of treasures from a voyage around the world. The man has a past in music, singing, bicycle competition (he rode in the Tour de France) and will gladly share his memories with whoever crosses his threshold.
The gentleman on the left was born in Locronan, a small town where the sails for the peninsula's many ships used to be woven. His house now has become something of a resource for visitors : Breton clothing and sweaters on the ground floor, art objects on the first, and, most interestingly, a large attic almost entirely devoted to Celtic studies, mythology and heritage.
The lady on the right writes books on life in the peninsula, where her family has lived for as long as she can remember.
