Although this is an old city, it has one of the most modern tramways I have ever seen. These trams run from 'Jules Verne', through the city's two train stations --'Gare des Aubrais' and 'Gares d'Orleans'-- to the quarters on the other side of the river Loire --Moulliere, Zenith Parc des Expositions, Universite and Hopital de la Source.
I thought it would be a good idea to take one of these tramways and tour the city with it. I was a little disappointed, because the tour is actually not very interesting. But if you have some free time, it is not a bad idea to buy a ticket and hop on one of them. They will take you to the outskirts of the town, where you will see the ruins of some of the countryside's mills.
