The Vatican is one of the most strange states in the world. And not only because of its size. For instance, is the only place were you can be a man not interested in women, be single, wear skirts, drink alcohol and still keep your good reputation. It is also a country where being celibate is not an option. It is mandatory. Probably this has something to do with the fact that it is the country with the lowest birth rate in the world.
