Inside this church you’ll find the famous "Pentecostes" by Tiziano. The work was completed in 1529, but it was mysteriously destroyed soon after, and Tiziano had to paint it again in the 1540 decade. You’ll find other Tiziano’s works in the Church, like the ceiling paintings ("David and Goliath", "Cain and Abel" and "Isaac’s sacrifice"), which he painted to demonstrate that he was as good as some foreign painters (Vasari and Salviati).
