Now that we have visited this part of the city, we will walk all the way back to the Jma-l-Fana square, walk along its souqs, and visit some of the landmarks North of this square. Among them, one of my favorites, the Madrassa Ben Youseff.
If you visit Marakech during the summer season, you will need to drink a lot. Although 45 Celsius degrees may seem an unbearable temperature, thanks to the city's dry climate your body will transpire a lot and refresh itself. The more you sweat, the better. For this reason I recommend drinking a lot of water. You will find bottles of water almost everywhere. Bring a a small backpack where you can bring one big bottle of water (1,5 liters), and drink as often as you can. As soon as you finish it, look for a shop or a cafe, and buy another one. Tap water is not safe.
