35/48.- Damascus, New Mosque

If you exit Old Damascus through the Eastern Gate, you will get to a broad avenue, Ebin Assakir St, which runs along the city walls. The new Damascus starts here. There is not much to visit in this area.

In the picture you have a recently built mosque, which I am not sure if it is open to non-muslims.
